K5 Headquarters
The idea
A studio designed around connection.
Our Royal Oak studio brings focused work and spontaneous conversation into the same environment. At its center, Hub 5 acts as the team’s shared town square.

Different settings.
One connected studio.
Glass partitions, open sightlines and varied settings let the team move between independent work and collaboration. Materials and ceiling treatments give each zone its own character while keeping the studio connected.
Moving through
A central stair makes movement through the studio visible.
Gathering around
A place to take a break—and start a different kind of conversation.
A longer view
Shared workspaces keep people and ideas connected across the studio.
