01 / Ford Signature 2.0

One standard. A real dealership.

K5 carries Ford’s Signature 2.0 design intent into site-specific dealerships. The building, operational needs and customer journey are resolved together.

The entry trellis carries the Ford identity to the customer’s point of arrival.
The service entry gives the customer a clear next destination.
Vehicle presentation remains visible from the spaces around it.
02 / Ford Signature 2.0

The Hub. The people around it.

Hospitality is part of the dealership plan. Coordination connects the finishes, fixtures and layout with how customers and staff actually use the space.

The Hub places hospitality at the center of the showroom.
A shared table makes room for the dealer and customer to work through the choices.
The Hub’s fluted joinery translates the material standard into a built detail.
Customer seating, media and daylight form one connected setting.
Vehicles, people and the Hub share the same showroom.

The work behind the image.

Brand administration, dealer coordination, documentation review and construction coordination keep the program current—and keep the individual project moving.

The specification of materials and fixtures carries the program into the finished dealership.
Staff workspaces are considered alongside the customer environment.
The service department connects the customer visit with the working facility.
You found Einstein.

A little brilliance.
A little mischief.

K5’s Einstein character working on a laptop

Einstein has a small but spirited place in the K5 world. For us, he stands for a simple idea: have fun while being brilliant.

Ask the unexpected question. Make a new connection. Enjoy figuring it out. That spirit belongs in the work, too.

The wild hair is optional.
